1mg microdosing aromasin for mild E2 increase with symptoms

Hey all, I'm new here so I hope this question is ok as I've not found much on this low level of dosage.

I've been dealing with high e2 symptoms for a while and my E2 is creeping up (currently 48pg/ml). Not super high but very high for me as I started trt at 15pg/ml. I just aromatize kinda lot and its mainly the HCG. Doctor has given me some exemestane 1mg tablets. 1 tablet every 3 days to start. I was just wondering if you guys could give me an idea how long I should wait before I either see reduction in symptoms or request a dosage increase? No idea how long it will take to kick in and lower levels and how much of a reduction to expect.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Marcus

What symptoms are you having? Estradiol is actually a good hormone for libido, mood, penile sensitivity, bone density, etc.

You may crash your estradiol with exemestane, which can cause these symptoms that many men complain about:

I recommend that you read and familiarize yourself with these posts:

Id drop the HCG, it's not really necessary unless you have some fertility goal in mind. I do not use HCG and have no ill effects.

Too when I've used exemestane it destroyed my lipid panel so beware. Anastrozole is eaiser to use and not so aggressive.

I would not subscribe to treating numbers on a lab test...what are your high E symptoms? If your trough E is 48 you can be certain it is much higher than that.

Hi Nelson

Thanks for the reply. I've been struggling with itchy & sensitive nipples, about 5-6 kg in weight gain over 2 months without the caloric intake to create this. Depression, fatigue, irritability and anxiety also there too along with carb cravings (which I have so far resisted). My first E2 was much lower and I felt great early on trt before it started to creep up too. I don't want to crash my E2 so I'm grateful I could get a low dose of exemestane. The plan atm is to take one E3D and then get bloods again in 2 weeks to see if it is working.
