This is all new to me , what could you stack with TRT to help with weight loss and muscle gain ? I have high BP and high cholesterol and I wanna get off that stuff!

This is a massive topic. The first step for high BP is almost always adding potassium and losing unnecessary fat. Sensible weightlifting without overtraining is key. I recommend the book The Perfect Health Diet as a starting point for diet. Eat within an 8 hour window as much as possible. Avoid high-risk food such as seed oils and wheat. TMG (AKA Betaine) will help fat loss. The key is consistency over a long period of time.

I would definitely read this and listen to the podcast

You aren't going to lose weight and gain significant muscle at the same time, so let's assume you are prioritizing weight loss first. GLP-1, preferably retatrutide, done. Add keto / carnivore diet for extra credit and the ability to maintain the weight loss without a GLP-1 drug.
