Originally 75 IU 3x/week. Upped it to 150 IU 3x/week. I feel like I got a libido boost and volume of ejaculate increased. Nothing too crazy. Not as much of a libido boost as when I added hCG back in the day but not negligible either.

Yes, I saw that and already upped the frequency to 3x/week. I'm ordering AMH test. In that paper, which I purchased, it also talks about Inhibin B but there's no much guidance on what to do with the results.

I felt great on Clomid for 5 years then it just stopped working. Why does that happen? I tried switching to enclomiphene but that didn't work and ultimately had to go on TRT. I heard Dr. Mohit Khera say this happens with Clomid on Dr. Attia's podcast but he didn't explain why.

I'm on TRT + hCG (Pregnyl) + FSH (urofollitropin). How bad is a lapse in hCG for fertility? About 2 weeks. My Pregnyl Rx got messed up so I ran out. Maybe the urofollitropin has some LH in it??

Clomid worked amazingly well for me for several years then it stopped working. I switched to enclomiphene for a few months and that didn't help so I went on TRT. I wish I had tried enclomiphene longer though.
