Originally 75 IU 3x/week. Upped it to 150 IU 3x/week. I feel like I got a libido boost and volume of ejaculate increased. Nothing too crazy. Not as much of a libido boost as when I added hCG back in the day but not negligible either.

Clomid worked amazingly well for me for several years then it stopped working. I switched to enclomiphene for a few months and that didn't help so I went on TRT. I wish I had tried enclomiphene longer though.

Why do you say that? Don't fertility docs use thousands of IU of hCG when combined with Clomid? I'm worried about dropping my TRT too much as I have post-finasteride sexual issues.

Did you have any side effects on urofollitropin? I've been having lots of itching and very mild swelling around one eye. Not injection site itching but general itching.

It seems like in all of those studies, they used hCG + FSH but discontinued TRT. Are there any studies or case series of TRT + hCG + FSH? I'm going to add FSH soon. Will get semen analysis first (using only TRT + hCG) then another seman analysis 4 months after adding FSH. Will post results.
