Group A was treated with tadalafil 10 mg every other day plus folic acid 5 mg daily and group B received tadalafil 10 mg every other day plus placebo daily for 3 months.

Sexual function in diabetic patients with ED treated with the combination of tadalafil and folic acid improved significantly as compared with the placebo group. The use of folic acid and tadalafil is safe.

I use Jarrow Methyl Folate 400mcg twice daily after a meal and I'm a tadalafil user.

Yes, well my point was regarding the dose used in the study was 5mg, or 5000mcg. Which is a fairly high dose. Compared to the RDA (400 mcg).

Too high a dose for me, I supplement with 5000mcg of Jarrow Methyl B-12. I was told it was safe level to use by my doctor.

They used to think folic acid supplementation could result in higher cancer rates ... I think that is debunked, but worth noting
