Cant find a site that ships to my country sadly. You have any experience with life extension, swanson, natrol or jarrow?

Anyone of those are good just make sure that you're buying the version that is micronized

When I was taking DHEA, Natrol 25mg raised my levels consistently. I would use it again.

I take my DHEA in the morning, some take it before bed because it helps them sleep. I'm not one of them, I take it after breakfast and it's easily absorbed for me.

It does appear that it's absorbed well with food or an empty stomach.

Yes, I'd use LEF or Jarrow from that list.

DaVinci Micronized works great too. In the PM is best on my end, as it counter balances with the adrenals and cortisol in the PM hours (same reason you might take HC therapy in the AM, if needed, as Cortisol hits its peak in the AM).
