33 years old and need help!

Thank you for the questions to ask! There are not any erectile issues, just no sex drive. You've all definitely given me a lot to think about and I have been googling this whole time. I guess the main things I will be asking is about the high thyroid levels, the low vitamin d, and the questions you raised about clomid. This is all just very overwhelming. I hope once I talk to the doctor (praying for tomorrow) I will get some answers.

High Thyroid? You said you didn't have FT3 and FT4 tested. Those are your thyroid numbers, and I'll bet they are at the low end of the range if not low. TSH is what tells your thyroid to produce. Not actual thyroid. You need actual thyroid numbers like stated above.

But 1st, Id find a doctor that will know what to do with those thyroid numbers. It doesn't sound like your doc has a clue what they're doing. And remember, when it comes to lab work, there is no such thing as normal.

The issue is that D2 just isn't absorbed as well as D3.

"utilized" would be a better word. I relied upon my MD to diagnose treat and prescribe. Many people do. Taking that approach cost me my health.

Expect that you will not be properly diagnosed. If treated at all patients are all too often offered only what is most profitable for Big pharma by doctors who receive kickbacks. i.e. ergocalciferol.

In the case of my serious 25 (oh) D serum deficiency it should have been expected given my medical history. Just as my endocrine issues were ignored or mismanaged so was the serum D. I continued to take the ergo for several years with no change in serum D. I asked if there was something else. Perhaps I should switch to daily? No I was told.

Bone loss and other serious issues are the price I'm still paying for relying on an MD with a great bedside manner. I believe he did care about my health but was ill informed. It's best to understand how MD's are trained and the business climate they work in. If we desire the best possible outcome we need to take charge of our own health and be motivated to use that search button. It is a time consuming pursuit for sure.
