Is DHEA supplementation needed if on T-Cyp?

Is it still recommended to supplement with DHEA if you are on Test Cyp? Seems its contradictory since normal production would be shut down...

Thoughts?

I'm taking a compounded capsule with DHEA (30mg) and Pregnenolone (50mg) with my TRT regimen. My initial labs showed that my DHEA sulfate was pretty low (109.1 ug/dL, range: 48-344 ug/dL).

I have labs coming up in a couple of weeks, so I'm real interested to see where my DHEA sulfate level is now.

That makes no sense. If you're shutdown or not producing adequate DHEA, why would you NOT supplement? I think your word "contradictory" should have been "indicated" would make that sense understood.
