sensitivity issue can't solve

I started TRT about 1.5 years ago.
I'm currently on 110mg CYP twice a week
Also have tried HCG at around 1000 iu a week, twice/three times a week.

So the issue I am having is that penile sensitivity went in the tank after starting TRT and i feel I tried everything.
What I mean is, that its just dull down there. I can get erect, however I don't have an overly high libido. When I have sex, the sensitivity is so low, if I wear a condom I am unable to remain hard. If no condom I can start erect and finish. But the orgasm is ho hum, not like it was pre-trt. and sometimes makes sex a little pointless.
What I have tried
I've looked at estrogen and tried a small amount of armidex, and I have had estriol readings from 19 to 60, with no change in libido or sensitivity. pg/ml
It's not estrogen
I tried added HCG. I will say volume of semen increases, balls increase and there is a slightly increase in sensitivity and pleasure during orgasm but still no where near pre trt
I've tried P5P supplement
and L-tyrosine with no change in sensitivity.
Orgasms are better when I have THC in my system
So I thought maybe its a dopamine issue so I added Wellbutrin which effects dopamine and lots of people report increases in libido on it. No change in sensitivity or feeling

prolocatin was taken at the start of TRT and was 8.62 ng/ml. So I don't think thats it
SBHG was recently tested at 25.7 nmol/L

So do I need to just give up and throw in the towel?
Go back to Low T and maybe use some viagra to try and perform sexually?

Everything else is fine. But whats the point of having high T, if you can't perform or enjoy sex?
Anyone?

What other meds or supplements are you taking? How many times per week do you masturbate? Does your penis sometimes feel cold and shrank up? (not a joke)

lisinprol for blood pressure.
wellbutrin now but just recently.
Once every 2 days maybe on the masturbate?
no never cold, but it always has been a shrinker.

Its definitly something with the test shutting down the system. And there seems to be something I'm missing that I'm not getting anymore.
I tried enclomphine before TRT and it had its own issues with eyes etc. But since it didn't shut me down I didn't experience the decrease in sensitivity

I am assuming the lack of sensitivity was there before Wellbutrin.

Take 10 mg per night of Cialis and let me know if the additional blood flow and fuller penis feeling improves your sensitivity. I would still use 500 IU hCG twice per week plus TRT. That tripple combo is potent.

Do you mean you take 110 mg twice per week for total of 220/week, or 110 per week divided into two 55 mg doses? If it’s the former then you are probably over-medicated and it’s negatively affecting you on the sensitivity front. Also, you may find better results by adjusting protocol(change in dose and/or injection frequency). Some guys feel much better on once weekly injections due to the state of flux, some can’t stand it. I’d say an interesting experiment would be to switch once weekly injections and see which day of the week you feel best with regard to sensitivity. That may give you an idea of the ideal t levels and T/E ratio. And of course your dose might be too high or too low, but I’d say adjusting the frequency first would be a good starting point. If you feel better earlier in the week and then fade you can probably handle higher doses, but if you start out too amped before settling into a sweet spot, then the day(s) you feel best may give you insight into where you’ll feel best.
