Testogel and HCG

Hi all and thanks in advance.
Ive been using Testogel forn4 months and I am pleased with the results.But I really hate the testicular atrophy.Would twice weekly 250iu of HCG help with this ? I've also been looking at the premixed pens as this seems an easier way to administer.

I'd be really grateful to hear your thoughts ? Thanks a lot.

Yes. Some men need 1000IU per week.

Decent starting point but you may very well end up needing a higher weekly dose!

Is there any data on what the minimal dosage of hcg is to keep 'the guys' working while on TRT?

I'm asking this because hcg seems to rise estrogen and I'd like to keep that to a minimum.

Also, I might want to have kids later but not exactly now, so I'm looking for a guideline for the minimal dose per week. Not to be super fertile right now but when I'd want to, I could in theory increase the dose.

If you are just starting TTh then in order to minimize/prevent testicular atrophy 1500 IU once weekly should suffice or better yet 500 IU twice-weekly.

Hello,
68 yo male, HIV+ here. I foolishly have been on TRT for over 20 years with never cycling off of it or using HCG with it. Needless to say, my testicular atrophy has gotten very severe. Also, for unknown reasons I have completely lost my libido in the past year. That has never been a problem before and I really miss it. I don't even have the libido to masturbate. My head tells me I want to do it but my body is not interested.
