Too many moving parts, hard to tell what your problems might be. Starting TRT isolation makes dialing in easier. HCG and AI’s can kill your libido.

HCG can create a balance in many other hormones, it can also create imbalances in those other hormones.

Your doctor threw the kitchen sink at you, hoping it would cure all your ills. As it stands now you are way overdosed!

6 months is enough time to start seeing changes in erections and libido.

Yeah, I agree.. too much too soon. My urologist put on 40mg test c twice per week with 5mg tadalafil daily. That did the trick for me. Now my wife is in hiding :)

Dump the emexestane! I don't why so many guys takes estrogen blockers just because they are on trt. Unless you have some major estrogen related side affects I would stay away from it. You need estrogen for good erections and libido.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
