TURP (transurethral resection of the prostate) surgically removes prostate tissue to relieve BPH-related urinary symptoms. It is the gold standard for symptom relief but carries risks, including long-term complications. In a video, Dr. Mark Scholz discusses the pros and cons of TURP and alternative BPH treatments.

I would try Rezum or the other water ablation first , some say Turp is a bit like using a chainsaw, plenty risk of sides , imotence, retro ejac, incontinence etc , it will get you peeing okay but as for the rest, last resort in my opinion, I had Rezum and researched them all to death. So sides from Rezum, maybe tad less cum which is maybe from Rezum , maybe not, but can live with that. Good vid though
