T-Cream on scrotum, what makes it work so good for low shbg men?

Did anyone on the cream have any negative side effects at first then they went away ? I have low normal cortisol and seem to have “some” issues with higher doses. When I start the cream I get great libido and erections. Way better then injections. But I start to get more fatigue and minor muscle twitching in my legs. (I know sounds weird). Just wondering if I ride it out will it go away. I know only one way to find out. But since I got moderately better overall with my health, I’m scared to go backwards!! So in the past trying cream I bailed very early !
Do you still have muscle twitching?

Do you still have muscle twitching?
No I do not. What I realized after actually making it to blood work. My t was actually low at first on cream. Being conservative with the dose. I used to have the muscle fasciculations a lot off when I wasn’t on trt.

So without trt you have more muscle twitching?

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
