Situation: Married, no kids, dead sex life, ED issue, no libido, strength and stamina issues. Tried all oral ED medications, nothing works. Got a full physical last week with an Endo and he put in injection and post that suggested I might have a mechanical issue. Don't want to do surgery now so he has put me on Clomid to see if raising T can help.
Still don't have kids, hence he put me on clomid. He suggested I go at 50 mg/day, but based on feedback it feels like a crazy high level. So i have just started at 12.5mg/day and will supplement with some Vit D, Boron, Zinc. Regularly already take L-Arginine
