Switched to compound cream 200mg about 2 months ago from injections. Using 3 clicks in the am (1 to scrotum and 2 on shoulders). Libido is good . Numbers are great, even better than injections but feeling extremely tired and unmotivated.

Total T - 1230 (300 - 1000)
Free T - 305 (46 - 224)
SHBG - 24 (10 - 55)
Hematocrit - 51 (40 -51)
Estradiol - 85 (I know this is high)

DHT makes me feel lethargic as well.

How many hours after application did you draw bloods ?

It might be that your levels are too high and that you will feel better on less.

Yes, my libido drops, erections suffer when I am over about 1200 TT and 40 sensitive E2. I am edgy and don't sleep very well.

My sweet spot is around 800 TT, FT middle range and sensitive E2 in the 20's. All is good in that range.

More is not always better especially with TRT

That's what makes me wonder how all these steroid users feel "superhuman" at 500mg/week and above.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
