Due to very high SHBG and low Free T looking to start TRT. Have done multiple sperm and blood tests. Can I start TRT + HCG and if my sperm results are poor in 2 months can I hope off without any major consequence?

You may experience symptoms if you decide to stop while you wait for your HPTA to fire back up. I stopped TRT cold turkey and four and a half weeks later my natural T was back, but the end of the fourth week I was fatigued and had joint issues which went away as soon as my natural T was fired back up.
