Botox for your sexual health.

Just wondering if anyone out there has tried the botox shots for ED yet, besides me? If you get them thru the P shot trained docs working with Dr. Runnels, they refer to them as "Bocox" shot. There are other plastic surgeons offering them for ED and "male enhancement". Supposedly according to some of the plastic surgeons you can get more girth and length from it too. I have not seen the data to support that claim. Basically, they inject 50-100 units of Botox injecting two 25 unit shots each, into each side of your cavernosum. It really wasn't any worse than ICI inecting, so not painful. Basically, the botox paralyzes certain nerves which lets the arteries stay more open and let more blood flow into your penis. It supposedly takes a few weeks for the botox to paralyze the smooth muscle in the arteries to allow them to stay open. However, my experience has been different. It has been less than a week since I was injected with Botox and I have already seen remarkably good results. Faster than expected and very positive results. I am wondering if the effect will last as long as the physician suggested in would (4 months or so). If anyone else has had a botox shot series please let me know how you have done. I have already found erections far easier to get, far easier to keep, and as I continue to see gradual improvement every day, I am nearly at a point where I might not need Tri mix at all. BTW IF you do get a botox injection and are using Tri Mix or others, cut your dosing back significantly......trust me. I didn't get into trouble, but you easily could. If the benefit holds, this is a game changer for a lot of men. Regarding cost. Many physician will likely charge in the range of $2000 for a shots totaling 100 units. However, I can honestly say, if you can give up injecting Trim mix, and save the cost of ICI meds, this might be worth it for you especially if you only need to be re injected every 4-6 months, and gain a good erection the way you did in your 20's, think about it, and watch it happen.

That is the typical timeline for Botox. I get regular Botox treatments in my forehead. Interesting that it is now being utilized for ED. I hope this works out well for you and all who may try it.

My ED is pretty significant. I have been post prostate cancer treatment (radiation) for about 6 years. And, my original urologist kept me in finasteride for years, for no good reason. I was hypothyroid, and low T. So I have tried nearly everything from oral meds to shockwave treatments to P shots, vacuum pumps, all in an efforts to rehab my penis. I had regained a good bit of function. I was getting morning wood, but not fully erect. I use quad mix for sex which works pretty well for me. Always good enough easily for sex. However, did the P shot work? Yes. From two p shots I did gain sensitivity and an easier time getting an erection and over time did actually get a nice increase in girth. I did two series of shockwave treatments which were very helpful for me. Again gained a lot of sensitivity and easier to get erections with a little easier time keeping them also. The shockwave really did give me a big increase in sensitivity, which is always helpful driving libido. Quad mix makes intercourse easy for me. However, compared to all the rest of the treatments Botox so far, leaves them in the dust. I can now get erections and keep them well enough to have sex without quad mix. Huge increases in sensitivity too. The first two days post Botox, I still needed a little help and injected quad mix at 1/3 less than normal. The resulting erection which would normally last about 40 minutes was huge, hard as a rock, incredibly sensitive, and lasted well over an hour. I have not reinjected since, because now I can get erections just by thinking, even seeing an attractive woman. It’s like being in my early 30’s all over again. It really is a game changer for me, IF it lasts longer than a few months. Time will tell. I was not unhappy with where I was before. Oh, yes morning wood is significantly better too! Unless my doc won’t let me, I can’t imagine giving this up.

Erection quality was exceptional. Sensation improved significantly, and neither were bad before. I’ve only had sex twice since the injection last week, but both times orgasm was spectacular, including a very strong ejaculation phase. Because I had prostate cancer and radiation treatment, I was told I would not be able to ejaculate seaman any longer. Normally I don’t ejaculate any fluid. But since Botox, the ejuclations are so strong ( and they were not bad before) I am ejaculating again. In theory the various glands were irradiated and therefore could no longer produce ejaculate, but it’s obviously not exactly accurate. My biggest question is, will this last, and are there others who have experience with “bocox” who might know? But like I said, this is a game changer, especially if it lasts at least a few months.

There are very few things in life more important to us men, than our ability to enjoy satisfying sex with the ones we love, especially at the peak we've once known before.

I'm living now in Mexico and had time today to search online for any botox treatments for ED, but haven't yet found any. I may bring it up to my hormone doc, as she likes to be on the cutting edge of things down here.

I was looking for Drs in the Dallas or Houston area that do it but weren't able to find any. Looks like it's not very widely adopted yet

There is a plastic surgeon in Texas that does offer them. Don't know anything about him, how good, etc. But, here he is..https://www.agulloplasticsurgery.com/procedure/botulinum-toxins-for-male-enhancement-and-erectile-dysfunction/. He might be part of the network of P shot doctors approved by Dr Charles Runnels. I don't endorse any of the docs, but if you go on Runnels website for P shot, you can find his list of "trained" physicians in giving P shots. Most of those on the list would likely provide Botox too. a phone call would tell you. Perhaps there is someone on the list closer to you than El Paso.
