Zero Waste Syringes?

Does anyone know where to find some 1ml zero waste syringes that you can draw with one needle and then switch and inject with another that don't leave waste oil in the syringe after injecting? Thanks

I don't know if this will help, but you could consider East Touch syringes. There's no waste and no needle to change.
