Been going back and forth for a while on whether I should make the plunge or not. Here are my latest blood work results. Would you do it. I do have symptoms which is why I began looking into this to begin with. Fatigue, soreness, low libido, etc.
I appreciate everyone’s opinion

You monocyte count can be too high as a result of your body fighting an infection or disease. Your diet is sh**, that will increase inflammation. Your growth hormone deficient.

Elevated RNP antibodies are most commonly associated with mixed connective tissue disease, or an autoimmune disorder.

I seriously doubt testosterone is going to fix your other issues. Clearly you have other biomarkers that are indicating a problem.

It doesn’t sound like you are testosterone deficient. Your levels are low normal… which may or may not be sufficient to justify TRT given your symptoms.

I wouldn’t worry about the GH reading because it fluctuates so much - IGF-1 is a better marker and even that needs yo be confirmed with a GH stimulation test.

Have you consulted a doctor? Have you thought of a consult with Defy Medical? I really think seeing a doctor will be much more beneficial than getting opinions on the internet (including mine!).

No, I would fix your metabolic health first. See those sky high triglycerides? That tells me you have alot of room for improvement with your diet. Start there.

It's highly likely if your testosterone isn't normal for you, your other health issues are contributing to the lower testosterone values, the lipids, crappy diet and other lab values in the red.

Fix these first and see where your testosterone levels go.

I would go keto or carnivore diet if I were you.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
