I'm new to the forum and let me say thanks for reading my post, I'm trying to get some advice about some lab results and symptoms.*

I'm 31 and have been going back and forth with my doctors since the end of 2011 about my low sex drive, weak erection, lack of focus/drive, increase in belly fat, muscle loss, fatigue and the bones in my legs felt weak ( I know it sounds strange)*

I've had 5 different bloods tests during this time and have all pretty much come back with high estrogen levels and borderline low t levels. I started researching my symptoms and it seems to be in line with low t. I've been sent to see a psychologist, had MRI, sleep study etc. This year I was finally sent to see an endocrine dr and after more labs I was told. "I don't know what's wrong with you, it must be psychological"*

I feel like there is such a huge range of normal and it's not taken into account my age. ( at this age I should be trying to hump anything with legs) maybe I'm more sensitive to being in the lower end of normal??? Maybe I am really chasing the wrong cause?? Any advise would be helpful. At this point I'm thinking about going to the trt clinics that help anyone and see if my symptoms go away , my pcp is no help what so ever... thanks for your help in advance.

Hi narrf - Sorry to hear about your issues, they are not fun for sure.

As per your labs, I really don't see anything that would be causing your problems based on what you provided...but you're still missing a lot of labs. Total and Free Testosterone look "ok" and while Estrogen may be a bit high it's nothing alarming.

Also, based on a negative MRI and sleep study ruling out possible problems I'd turn to your Thyroid.

If you have more complete labs can you post them?

Also, take your name and anything that can ID you off the report.

Hi Narrf, welcome to the forum.
I agree with Gene on getting all your blood work done and include A1C for diabetes. That will show you blood sugar levels and you might have a glucose test done. Increase in belly fat is one of the signs of diabetes, so you need to have that checked. I am diabetic and the belly fat is still an issue for me to get rid of. :) This type of belly fat is the visceral fat which inside fat or organ fat and is not good. Beer belly. So for me I am thin around the shoulders and legs are thin but have belly still.
You did not say anything about diet. So what do you eat? do you drink and smoke cigarettes or pot?
After a big meal do you feel sleepy? do you ever get the chills and a little shaky and when you get it goes away?
