Would love some input on labs

These are my labs for the past few years. I’ve only had testosterone tested twice. When I was at 300 I was feeling pretty lousy, motivation, energy, interest in everything I thought I liked tanked. Things picked back up eventually but end of summer last year things started going downhill again (I posted a more complete story on the sub forum “when testosterone is not enough”).

Around January of this year symptoms were awful and started getting slightly better just before my most recent labs. I’ve had zero energy/motivation, can’t get out of bed for days at times, libido tanked, weight gain, you name it.

What do you guys make of this?? Being that testosterone is primarily made by the body in a certain time frame is it right to think that some guys should be tested later in the day (some people go by a slightly different circadian rhythm)?
