Who makes their own preworkout drink?

I just started making my own preworkout drink after buying for about a year, care to share/discuss ingredients, i need to flavor this somehow:

Theanine
Tyrosine
Beta Alanine
Arginine
Citrulline
Caffeine
Acetyle L Carnitine

My pre workout drink is black coffee and Viagra, I love that pump and I like how long it stays with me. :)

I don't drink coffee, don't like it but I know it's rep (caffeine) which I do use. Actually cut caffeine intake to only my preworkout supps. I use most of the NO stack morning/eve including the Tadalafil, but I'm going to try switching to Verdenafil for fewer sides like the low back pain Tadalafil is prone to.

Wow, your ingredients are very similar to mine, with a few additions and subtractions. I too like to add my own flavoring as well without any artificial colors and flavors. Lately, I've been using these 2 mixes both purchased on amazon.com

1. True Lemon Lemonade Bulk Pack, Original, 30 Count, 3.2 Ounce - all natural flavors with stevia as the sweetener; i add more water than suggested; very easy to drink during strength/cardio sessions.

2. Skratch Labs - all natural; contains a little sugar; electrolytes; usually intended for prolonged activity where sweating is more likely.

Thanks for the flavoring tips, I might try the Skratch as I can use the electrolytes.

100 mg generic brand, I buy it from India so its probably a lower dose.

Wow! I bet that does make for a huge pump in the gym. I cannot take more than 20mg of Viagra without getting awful congestion & face flushing followed by a headache. Everybody seems different in their tolerance for PDE5 inhibitors as well.

I use 1-2 tbl spoon of black strap molasses, a bit of Himalayan salt and lemon/lime juice in my water bottle for during my rides and I eat a banana or dates before. I dont pump iron that much. :-)

I just started making my own preworkout drink after buying for about a year, care to share/discuss ingredients, i need to flavor this somehow:

Theanine 350mg
Tyrosine 1.5g
Beta Alanine 4.5g
Arginine 5g
Citrulline 5g
Caffeine 300mg
Acetyle L Carnitine 1g

added appx measures of ingredients. This is working pretty well for me. There's something in it that doesn't dissolve always leaves some residual in my container.
