I inject 50 mg of testosterone cypionate plus 500 IU of HCG in combination in one syringe twice per week. I use a 27 gauge 1/2 inch insulin syringe and inject 90 degrees into my shoulders. I do not inject subcutaneously but using a shallow intramuscular method.

I do not, but am intrigued by the protocol. I think what's holding me back is I have low/normal SHBG and seem to think the deeper IM injections may be better than shallow for me. Do any guys with low or low/normals shbg follow this?

I use 75mg of enanthate. Every 3.5 days. I'm not using any AI as yet. I can post my numbers after work if you like. The last blood work I had done was about 3 months ago. I remember my total test was 30.2 (8.0-32). Estradiol was just above reference range. Non sensitive test, as that test is not available where I live. But not experiencing any negative sides, so I'm not too worried.
Back then I was only using 250iu of hcg on the same days of test injection. My doc wanted me to daily inject 150iu. So it will interesting to see the difference in my next blood work in three weeks.

oh wow great ! that means you can even lower the dose to 70mg to get E2 balanced

Its not necessarily the dose or the method, it's the frequency when low SHBG is a factor. Consider EOD injection of TCyp. Beyond that, individidual factors prevent any one from following Nelsons specific method. He uses that because it works for him. Vince tried it and it works for him. I cannot exist on that protocol. You may like it but I doubt it with low SHBG.

If you inject more frequently, what were you considering adopting? How often, and how much testosterone/hcg?

Due to high estrogen values, Defymedical asked me to inject TestCYp three times a week and reduce HCG to 200 three times a week from 350 iu twice a week. My TestCYp dose was 60mg twice a week but now 40mg 3 times a week. I was asked to be on anastrazole (AI) 0.15 mg once a week (ummm), that I don't get but according defy I should see how I feel. Now my estrogen value is 55 27 hours after the TestCYp and 51 hours after the HCG(I used to take HCG a day before testcyp). Defy asked me to now inject both on the same day. I have high BP low Ferratin (which makes giving blood due to high HCT very difficult)

Interesting ...I use defy as well...usually converse with Dr. Crisler...my ultrasensitive estradiol is 25 so that's good...I was thinking of switching up to three times a week for cyp and hcg...to see if that would minimize side effects...I have been reading as well we don't need as much hcg a week as the standard 1000iu a week that most use...
