When to take NDT for bloods

So for those who are on NDT. Do you take your NDT before you get bloods? I am not sure what is the right way. Since t3 spikes I'd assume it would show higher levels than you have throughout the day. What is considered the best way to test your levels?

I assume you would want to see the peak as it were so take it 2hrs prior too, would be necessary to see if the dose if getting you high (enough), or too high.

Don't take your NDT medication before labs. Take it the day before, then take it immediately AFTER running labs in the AM.

Would not you want to see it at its low similar to how you are supposed to test Testosterone?.

That is what I was thinking, was not sure others have done.

Unless you are with Defy. Their instructions are specifically to take it. This has been covered before, unfortunately with the forum switch i can't access my previous post which copied/quoted these instructions.
