When to take a blood test on EOD injections and my latest results

I started EOD test injections over a month ago. I have been injecting 32mg EOD along with 250ius of hcg. I had been feeling pretty good on this protocol and was going to get lab work to see where I was. I stupidly decided to inject 350ius of hcg one day. I had noticed that my orgasm was better after my hcg injection. I had had sex that morning and was going for round 2. It worked but was short lived. My orgasm was great for round 2 but the next day less morning wood and the next day no morning wood and no ability to get an erection. I assumed o had a self induced E2 spike, so I waited another 10 days before getting lab work. I injected 32mgs on Monday along with 220ius of Hcg. I got blood drawn before my next shot on Wednesday.

My test was 1316 and free test was 17.3. I am still waiting on my sensitive e2. I'm surprised my test so high. I don't know how I could have my blood drawn differentl? I thought 32mg EOD was a low dose, so I had planned on upping it to 40 and retesting

Since you feel so good, I would not expect you to have any issues with your E2 being too high or too low. You wont have much of a peak or a valley on EOD dosing (which is the point of doing it that way) so there will not be much of a difference in your levels whether you test on your injection day or between injection days unless you have super low SHBG. You should pick one though and then always test on that day going forward to eliminate variability even though it will be slight. Say test on your non-injection day every time, or on your injection day every time, but before you inject.

Ok. Well, DR Crisler had mentioned in the latest podcast that I heard this week that injecting EOD was a lot stronger than once or even twice a week, because there is less waste. But, I never expected to be at 1300 on what is slightly less than 120mg a week when I was about that or less on 200mg a week. It just didn't seem possible. I did feel great at first and morning wood was back and great sexual function with or without cialis, until I jacked with my HCG. I was feeling back to normal 10 days later. I'll post my sensitive E2 test when I get it. I did'nt see the need to get my SHGB and I think DHEA was the other one that was suggested until I got my test and E2 levels in the right range.
