When should I donate blood

Been on my treatment for about 90 days now and think I found the right dose. 2 injections per week one cc sub Q and one cc IM. The sub Q seems to work the best but man do I get knots that hurt like hell. Ive noticed a lot blood when pulling the needle so is it time to donate? Can I donate whole blood or plasma with the same results?

What are your most recent hemoglobin and hematocrit values?

I havent had those levels checked since my last doc appt back in December. I went to donate plasma and was told I couldnt because my red blood cells were at 57% so I went to the red cross and donated whole blood.
