I have pretty severe adhd and unfortunately medication doesn’t work particularly well for me. I am also in a demanding job and want to maximise my performance. what options do I have?

I have also looked into things like NSI-189 and ACD 856 but these seem to involve cycling and it is not something I want to have to take forever just to function. I am more interested in finding something that could provide longer term cognitive benefits after taking it for a period of time ideally, rather than something I would need to rely on indefinitely

now, does it exist? I understand the limitless pill is a myth but i just want a good performance in my workplace and not worry about losing income.

Lithium and Saffron are two things you could consider. Modafanil is something I am less familiar with but it might help as well and I think there is a recent podcast by Dave Asprey solely devoted to it. Mod.com is a possible source but I've never used it.
