I'm about to hit 50 but look and feel more like 40. I'm somewhat active and have an 9 hour day office job. I'm 5' 9" and 180. I'm thinking of starting a cycle of testosterone and some HGH. My goals:

1. Have more energy,
2. Slow down the aging process,
3. Feel better (often feel tired and lethargic)
4. Sleep better,
5. Think sharper,
6. Increase activities and interests,
7. Gain some muscle and mass.

Again, I'm almost 50, so I don't want to take what Phil Heath takes. But there has to be some HGH and testosterone brand and dosage to help me achieve my goals. I know very little about this topic and don't want to kill myself with the wrong crap. I wold appreciate some helpful advice on this.

Batman welcome to excelmale. If you are considering TRT, it's not for cycling, it's a lifelong commitment. The first thing you need to do, get a full set of labs. If you can use discount labs. They are affordable and many members use them. I use defy Medical for my trt and labs.

About 50 but look and feel like 40 you definitely must not have low t, so if you plan on cycling testosterone be prepared for the steroid merry go round and do not plan on maintaining/keeping gains and feeling healthy overall as cycling would be required permanently and do you really want to possibly permanently damaged your hpta especially at 50?

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
