What Does This Mean in Horny Goat Weed?

I ran across this website that has Horny Goat Weed. (https://www.holisherb.com/cart.php) The site doesn't mention the % of icariin(s) in this product. I sent their service desk an email asking and this was their reply: "This is not a ratio extract"

I thought I'd ask here if anyone can tell me what that means? Is it pure?

It probably means it is not a standardized extract. Which mean the concentration of the active ingredient you asked varies and can be anything. Usually for herbal extracts it is better to buy standardized formulas so you know how much of the active ingredient(s) you are getting

My workouts are going pretty good. I did something to my right elbow a couple weeks ago and have been working around that as it heals. I haven't lost any more weight, but that is ok. I can see some of my body fat reducing and muscle replacing it. The most noticeable to me is my chest and shoulders. Still a long way to go, but that is ok, I'm in no hurry. Next month will be a full year of working out. The gym owner stopped by while working out and made a comment on how he can see a big difference. Made me feel pretty good.

I wish the tinnitis would go away but it is still the same. I'm finishing the Taurine even though it didn't help with that. I even bumped it up to 6grams a day. Kind of like Vince's thread on taking too many supplements; I'm not sure I'll continue it even though it has some good benefits.

Me to. I am taking a long hard look at all my supplements and my NO stack.
Some I am stopping all together some I am cutting way back like 1-2 times a week.

I'm looking for better foods with the vit and min in them instead of pills.

My current modified Gene's NO stack:

Post dinner
5 mg of Tadalafil (Cialis)
750 mg of L-Norvaline
3 g of L-Citrulline DL-Malate
1 mg of Doxazosin (Alpha Blocker)

I no longer take Horny Goat Weed I sub 750 mg of L-Norvaline because of the posts above.

My post 29 was about deleting supplements from someone's list. I left the NOx stack since it has citrulline in it.

There is absolutely no human data on L-Norvaline even if Vince takes it and no data on icariin even if Gene Devine takes it as Horny Goat weed. That is all I want to say.

I am directing this question to you Nelson because you seem to well inform on the topic.
I have been using trimix for 3 years the first prescription was great erection probably 125 % and it was 17.65 .59 5.9 and 10 units per injection every refill has not been but maybe 75 % erection so pharmacist said it was way to little dose and suggested 30 mg/ml papervine 1mg/ml phentolamine 10mcg/ml prostaglandin at 20 units still only get 75-80% and the duration as a rule is 3 hours current prescription issued 7/13/2017 and use 35 units currently any thoughts
