What Causes "Benzo Belly", & The Scientific Way To Get Rid Of It?

As I'm awaiting the results associated with my recent blood work.. I continue to ask myself the following? What actually causes "Benzo Belly", excluding what I have found thus far using Google for instance? To date I have found very little literature supporting why "Benzo Belly", exists and what one can do get rid of it! This is a huge problem for not only myself but literally millions of other "Benzo Warriors"

I understand there are tons of "Gaba Receptors", in the stomach however how can one can get out of "Problem Mode", and transition into "Solution Mode"? What role might balancing ones hormones and addressing their endocrine system play in this? I have never been "Skinny Fat", in my life as evident via my thumbnail on this site...so needless to say this is freaking annoying as hell! I have witnessed bodybuilders who went to prison for instance and once off the gear kind of looked "Skinny Fat", etc!

Cheers,
RC
