Hi guys, please tell me what is the optimal dosage of testosterone phenylpropionate for HRT. The concentration of the substance is 100 mg per jlby milliliter. I'm counting on 100 mg per week. There are tips on how to do better. Thanks

You have to determine the optimal dosage for yourself through trial and error. 100 mg is a reasonable starting point. You'll want to inject more frequently with that ester: every other day or daily.
