OK . Just had to brag . I started my training 2 weeks ago with a lot to loose . My goal is losing 60 pounds I have lost 14 in the past 2 weeks just by drinking water only ,cutting out rice bread and fried foods and training 4 times a week . I want to loose the other 46 by October because I am an avid bow hunter and I would like to also start back teaching MMA . Yall pray for me !
