Warming the vial before use?

Does anyone warm their testosterone vial before drawing to speed the process up? I recently ran hot water into a cup and then dipped the vial into the water for a few seconds. This made the drawing and injecting process a lot faster since I'm using 27G 1/2". Can this damage the testosterone? Is this ok to do?

Some guys roll it back and forth in both hands but I have a rack in my bathroom that I discovered I can upend the vial and syringe and let it hang while it fills.

I never understood how people did this. I use a 27g 1/2 inch syringe, and when drawing I have to hold the plunger back, it doesn't just stay. So how do people do this?
