Extra Testosterone In Vial

I am prescribed 200mg of testosterone cypionate per week but I only take 100mgs per week.
Last Monday I withdrew my 100mg dose into an Easy Touch insulin syringe with a 27 gauge needle. The dose was at exactly 50 units which is 100mgs.
Just now I withdrew my dose for this week using advice from a thread here about how to get the last drop out of the vial by injecting a lot of air into the vial. The advice worked great and I completely emptied the vial, however the dose was at 70 units on the syringe, which is 140mgs of testosterone. There was no air bubbles so it was a full 70 units of test.
Apparently the vial contained 20 extra milligrams.
Has anyone else encountered this?

Most compounded Testosterone pharmacy's claimed to be overfilled by 1mL to counter any loss that could occur, some dispute this as true or not but overfilled would be "normal"

I would have to agree that most of my testosterone vials are slightly overfilled.

Most compounding pharmacies overfill up to 0.2 cc
