Sportsfan I take Biotech D3-50, 50,000 IU D3, once per week. How much you need to take depends on your serum 25-D-hydroxy. You might only need one a month.
Most pp get an effective response from cheap soybean oil containing D3 caps sold everywhere. I could not. I've posted labs elsewhere showing single digit after years on Rx ergocalciferol (D2) and only slightly better improvement on a multitude of alleged high quality D3 dispersed in various oils. Once I started on BioTech I started gaining ground fast.
