Very low LH/ normal testosterone

Did bloods 40 days ago. Testosterone 480 ng/dl, LH 2,4, FSH 2,2, E2 25, SHBG 20. With my endo i decided to try an hpta restart. Took hcg for 2 weeks and then clomid 25mg/ nolva 10mg every day for 3 weeks. Then did bloods again and i got: testosterone 786 ng/dl, E2 37, SHBG 34 but LH and FSH dropped to 1! Is this normal? Should i keep the serms for 2 more weeks or just wait my body to take over? Any help would be appreciated.

Don't worry about low LH and FSH when testosterone is that good. LH is delivered in pulses and you probably just measured a trough:

Ok. Should i do blood work right after the PCT or wait a month for clomid nolva to get out of my system?
I would stay on clomid and have labs. After that you may want to do every other day. Then go twice a week. I wouldn’t stop abruptly I would stop slowly.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
