Vardenafil / Tadalafil / APO / Oxytocin compounded?

You see all sorts of combinations of Vard + APO, Vard + Tada, Vard + Oxytocin, etc etc etc.
I've seen Sild + Tada + APO + Oxy in troche form before.

Was kinda curious if anyone knew of a compounding pharmacy that makes this combo though and also what your guys thoughts are on it.

Here in Brazil compounded sublingual Vardenafil is my favorite pde5i treatment.
But i really miss apo, not avaliable here anymore. (loved the effect)
