Skipping meals

This is a little similar to the weekend dinners except that you don't wait for the weekend anymore. In the same day that you have decided to skip lunch or snacks, you try to make up for lost eating time by eating as much as you can during dinner. Eating too fast

It's usually attributed to employees that have timed meals too short to even let them enjoy food. It's like eating just for the sake of energy loading, not realizing that eating food too fast gets them lost on track in terms of nutritional value or calorie count when it comes to the food they ate. In worst scenarios, they don't always have a clear idea what they just ate in the pantry if they're the kind who just bought lunch there other than meat and potatoes. Eating while watching (TV or laptop)

You're not really hungry. You just don't want to fall asleep while trying to watch TV which brings the question: why watch that program if it gets you sleepy anyway? Really awesome programs keep you awake without the need to eat some extra. Besides, the worst downside about eating while watching programs on TV or on your laptop is that you don't get to see how much you have consumed in one eating. If you could manage to measure it, chances are the size of the bowl that contained the food you just ate is enough to remind you how you sabotaged your own diet program.

Yes, you are absolute right unusual bad habit like eating too fast, skipping meal and eating while watching TV. Entire this bad habit leads to excessive body weight.
