Urine dribble

36yo, PSA is <1 pretreatment and the same 3 months into treatment. Since starting testosterone cyp, I've notice that on some days, after I finish voiding my urine, a small amount will still dribble out after packing everything back in. This was not something that affected me prior to treatment. What's the relationship between TRT and this with healthy PSA numbers?

I have this issue to. Even after waiting a bit and shaking to try and get it all out.

I will be 60 in January, and have been taking Tamsulosin (Flomax) for four years, and on TRT for three years. My psa rose from .70 to 1.0 over the course of my TRT adventure. I've not had the issue noted, but my urologist (who is not managing my TRT protocol) told me that he advises all men on TRT to consider adding Tamsulosin to their regimen as it relaxes the muscles in the bladder and prostate making it easier to fully empty the bladder.

So you are probably not taking Gene's NO stack(with its PDE-5 inhibitors and beta blocker) or cialas type of ED drugs?
I'm taking Doxazosin (Alpha Blocker) .5mg morning .5mg evening for BPH however it doesn't stop the dribble I can empty my bladder easier.

After starting TRT, my PSA did raise some but very minimal. I think it's pretty common after urinating there is some dribble. The tube (urethra) is not completely emptied.

I've taken the stack (a variation on it, actually) in the past but at the present time the only element I'm taking is Cialis, 5mg, daily. I have colitis, a mild case - lymphocytic and not ulcerative - but it doesn't take much to trigger flares. During a flare I cut back dramatically on what I was supplementing in order to spare my gut, and (happily) discovered that I was still good-to-go with only the Cialis. It was a surprise since prior to TRT I was dead in the water sexually.

I recall this is from the enlargement of the bladder neck when starting TRT and will pass over time. I had it when starting HCG but it cleared up after a month or so. I had problems with prostatitis symptoms before TRT and now all is good with proper TRT with HCG. You can get infections from this because you are not fully emptying your bladder. This is why you dribble.
