Updated Blood Work After Starting HCG

I had blood work done to check how I am reacting to HCG that I started in May. Below I have listed April blood work and then the most recent. Free Testosterone went up significantly along with Total and Estradiol. I am looking for advice on the Estradiol in particular though it's still in the normal range it's on the high side. I requested the sensitive test but I think they messed up again and gave me the regular test. I feel good overall with much more energy but have some anxiety and was wondering if it's from the estradiol and if I should use an AI to get the Estradiol in the mid 20's. I appreciate any feedback provided.

April Results
Cortisol AM = 8.1ug/dl (6.2 - 19.4 is reference range)
Estradiol = 14.6 pg/ml (7.6 - 42.6)
Hemoglobin = 14.8 g/dl ( 13- 17.7)
Hematocrit = 42.6% (37.5 - 51)
prostate serum = 0.7 ng/ml (0 - 4.0)
Testosterone Serum = 396 ng/dl ( 264 - 916)
Free Testosterone = 12.9pg/ml (7.2 - 24)

August Results
Testosterone =604
Free Testosterone =24.1
Estradiol = 38.5
Prolactin = 9.6 (4-15.2)
T3= 90 ( 71-180)
DHT = 68

You didn't post the ranges but everything looks good except your T3. Is that free T3 from thyroid labs? I wouldn't mess with your estrogen levels they look good. The main thing is how are feeling are you having any issues?.

anxiety isn't Estrogen related, you simply fixate on that with whatever anxiety you already have.

With Vince above your Thyroid test, only T3 are woefully inadequate and basically worthless.

I don't agree when it comes to anxiety. I have noticed that when my estradiol is up, my anxiety and mood are bad. So far this has happened several times, it usually happens when I change my injection timing protocol. For example, I recently switched from Tuesday & Saturday injections to Mon & Thurs injections. For some reason, anytime this happens my anxiety and overall mood tanks. Before this recent change I went from Wednesday & Sunday injections to the Tues & Sat ones and the same thing happened. When I was initially put on 150 mg once per week and my estradiol skyrocketed to the 70's, my anxiety was high and mood was just low. For some I guess, high estradiol does cause anxiety and mood changes..

The hormonal aspect simply becomes the piece that you fixate on but I respect that you think that that's not what it is.
