Uncontrolled Type 2 Diabetes and Gastroparesis.

My device showed I have glucose at 80 when sleeping, it increase upon waking without eating, if I do keto will that not be good?

Also note off TRT there are no ketones in my blood, but on TRT there are within a short period of time. As for carbs being important for me, I don't know the answer to that question.
You can do a simple test. Do not eat for 24h and messure your Glucose the next morning. If you can stand it stay without food for 3 days plus and check bc during and after. The 3 days are to make sure your deplete your glycogen. If bc goes low and it will you have a prediction for keto. Keto is the same as fasting when it comes to glucagon and insulin and the ratio of both.

I'm think going to try the keto and can now eat without symptoms. The progress I'm making is fast! My muscles are harder, energy higher, erections more frequent and veins are showing after only a week on 7mg enanthate.
