Two different containers of Nutrkey Arginine came with two different size scoops? Anyone seen this?

One came with a smaller scoop and once came with the larger scoop. Same larger scoop that came with my Nutrakey Citruline. Serving size on both containers is the same. I do have a scale I can use to figure out the right scoop. Just wondered if anyone else has seen this?

The larger scoop is actually the correct 1.5 grams. I wonder my first container had a much smaller scoop?
