TSH Sensitive

I have been feeling really crappy lately.
About two months now
No energy-moody etc...
My PCM ordered a Sensitive TSH with CBC.
Are there two different TSH test as there are for Estrogen in men?

MY TSH has consistent been around 2.7-3.2 over the last several years and now it's at 1.5.
Anyway I've got to figure this out quick as I am to moody.
By the way the only thing I've added to my supplement regimen is Tribulus, 700 mg daily.
Wouldn't think that would do it.

Sensitive or not the lab range looks nearly identical and I don't know if that's going to give you a better, more accurate, or reliable result.

I am going to run the full thyroid panel again.
It's been awhile. I hate chasing thyroid though but all my other labs with Defy were pretty good several months back.
For some reason I am unusually tired and moody.
All I want to do is sleep.
Not good.
