TRT Users & Holiday / Vacation Medical Insurance
I guess everyone on here is on TRT of some form or another, whether injections or gels
.
I expect most of us still go on vacations / holidays, so do you declare you are on TRT to your insurer when booking a vacation / holiday and taking out medical cover for this?
.
I use American Express Platinum Card and due to this any vacation paid with the card has cover, but do you also have to declare you are on TRT?
.
If you do not declare and you take ill on vacation, I guess you will not be covered, has anyone looked into this and if so has your premiums been increased?

If you're purchasing comprehensive coverage, why would you hesitate to indicate you're on testosterone for hypogonadism? It's a legitimate diagnosis and you're under the care of a physician. In Canada, it's never been an issue (travel to the US, Europe, Asia).
