TRT Effect on 5 Alpha Reductase and Upstream Hormones- Cause of Low Mood and Anxiety?

I'm not sold on the "lesser degree of hpta suppression" on 2x a day application.

I agree, I just started a cream protocol again and I'm only going to do once/day (in the morning) application.

I actually remember now that when I last tried the cream about a year ago on a twice/day application protocol, I would feel pretty good after the morning application and start feeling irritable and tired after the second application late afternoon.

It's going to take a while for the longer injectable ester I was on until two days ago to completely exit my system, so I won't know for a wihle

I'm sorry if I wasn't clear. I do 3 Clicks a.m and 2 clicks pm. I typically apply my cream at 430 am the 430 pm. On weekends it can be all over the place. Right now I'm on 12 hour work days. Been applying at 4am and 9 pm. I feel no different. I've also skipped pm dose and feel the same. I've had minor side effects when I upped the dose but everything eventually settles in for me with cream.

Thanks for clarifying

Been doing some reading about combining DHT gel with HCG for enhancing neurosteroids. Is there any clinical data which backs this?

Anecdotally I can report a significant mood boost and less anxiety since incorporating 20% DHT gel into my protocol. That being said, my DHT levels are in the high supraphysiological range (above 900ng/dL), I’d like to see if the benefits remain with a lower dose.

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
