trt and hcg expiration

does anyone know how long we can keep our trt and hcg products before they would no longer be viable.

hCG Expiration . Can you freeze hCG?

I was just reading over the product insert for my hCG and it states that once reconstituted it should be used within 30 days. This doesn't make sense, since I have a prescription for three months. Does this mean that the hCG will lose its potency after 30 days?

Anecdotally I think my Hcg lasts 90 days in fridge without much drop. And test like 2-5 years in cool dark place with maybe 10-20% drop in efficacy.

thanks for the response. i have product that is about 2-3 yrs old still in packages undisturbed that i never used. not sure if still good

My strong opinion is that it is certainly not dangerous. So you can use it and you just won’t know how much less effective it is which shouldn’t bother you if it’s not some thing you are doing on a regular basis.
