Trimix injection problem

I have been using Trimix for about 3 months without any problem. While injecting today I felt more resistance than usual pushing the plunger. I pulled the needle a little bit, felt no resistance and continued to inject. Right after that, I got a large lump around the injection site. From what I have read, it seems like the liquid did not go into the erectile tissue. It's been more than 5 hours and it is still the same. I am not sure that icing it will help. Any ideas how to get rid of this?
