Beyond Testosterone Book by Nelson Vergel

How come there are several Trimix formulations? It seems to vary by pharmacies, physicians and patients.

What do you think is the most commonly prescribed formulation that is effective on most guys? I'm talking about the combination of PGE, Papaverine and Phentolamine.
