tired of tracking bloods in excel so I built an offline ios app that scans your lab PDFs into trend charts. (nelson approved)

hey guys, first off massive thanks to nelson for letting me post this here.

if you’re trying to dial in your protocol you probably know the headache of comparing your total T, free T, sensitive E2 and hematocrit from a labcorp PDF from 6 months ago to today. spreadsheets are a massive pain and patient portals are completely useless for seeing long term trends

im an indie ios dev and I spent the last few months coding an app called Meridian to fix this.

basically you just take a picture of your paper lab report, upload a screenshot of your portal or import the pdf. the app uses apple's on-device AI to read the biomarkers and instantly builds trend charts so you can visually see how your protocol is actually working over time.

the biggest thing for me is privacy. i refuse to use health apps that harvest our data so I built this to be 100% offline. zero cloud servers, zero accounts required. everything is encrypted locally on your phone behind faceID and never leaves your device

its live on the app store now but because you guys actually know how to read complex bloods, i want you to break it and tell me what i missed. i put a dictionary of 100+ biomarkers in there but i want to make sure it catches the obscure hormone panels or ratios you track

im giving away 50 free lifetime premium codes to guys here who are willing to download it, scan their last 2 or 3 bloodwork pdfs or screenshots and give me brutally honest feedback

just reply below if you want to try it and ill dm you the app store link and your free lifetime code

(note: requires ios 26+ since it runs the heavy on-device neural engine stuff locally. sorry no android version yet guys)
