Timing of testosterone cypionate injection

Better to inject after a meal or empty stomach?

It doesn't matter; cypionate has an effective half-life of several days. Many of us that inject twice a week for more stable levels inject Monday morning and Thursday evening just because that is right around 84 hours between injections and that time period divides the week into two equal halves.

I don't worry about food in my stomach when I inject testosterone. I will inject with an empty or full stomach, no nausea.

Strange on the nausea I wonder if it's some sort of allergic reaction to the type of oil in the ester?

I too have not noticed any difference between am/pm or full/empty stomach.

Nausea is definitely not a side effect I have ever heard of in men on testosterone. But we are different and who knows what injection anxiety can cause!

Testosterone Cypionate shouldn't cause nausea but getting a shot can induce a vasovagal response which can cause nausea. Some people can get this just from smelling rubbing alcohol due to the association.
